- Information and Referrals: If specialised services are needed, we connect families with appropriate supports, including mental health services, financial counselling, or parenting programs. Our strong relationships with other community service providers ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Flexible Service Delivery: Services are provided in various locations to suit your family’s needs, including home visits, office meetings, schools, parks, and via phone or video calls when necessary.
Groups & Activities for Families
We offer a variety of workshops and activities to support families, including:
- Parent Connect: Join our welcoming group for parents and carers of children aged 0-8 years. Held fortnightly from 10am to 12pm on Mondays during the school term, this is a great opportunity to connect with other parents, share experiences, and gain valuable insights to support your parenting journey in a friendly and supportive environment. Free child minding is available, so you can focus on the session while your little ones are cared for.
- After School Activities: Fun and engaging activities for children aged 5-12 years, offering a safe space to play, learn, and connect after school.
- School Holiday Program ‘Kids Connection’: An exciting program for children aged 5-12 years to stay entertained and connected during the school holidays.
- Parenting Information Workshops: Practical workshops for parents, providing helpful tips and strategies to support you in raising happy, healthy children.
