Holding a meeting? Having an event? Party? Running a group activity? Richmond Neighbourhood Centre has hall hire vacancies and office training room space available for your use.

Hall 1– holds 50-60 people and has a large kitchen with a commercial oven with hotplates, dishwasher, sink, urn, fridge and loads of bench space. The hall also has vertical blinds on all windows and doors, ceiling fans, heating and air conditioning.

Casual Users

Non-profit making organisations- $18.00 p/hr
Profit making organisations- $22.00 p/hr

Functions

Hall hire- $220.00 flat rate
Crockery & cutlery hire- $50.00
Refundable key deposit- $35.00
Refundable cleaning/ damages bond- $200.00

(Total Bond $235)

Use of tables, chairs and kitchen are included in the hall hire charge.

All offices and meetings rooms have heating and air conditioning, access to kitchen, microwave, hot water for tea/ coffee and a fridge.

Profit making organisations- $20.00 p/hr
Non-profit all day hire- $55.00
Profit all day hire- $70.00
Refundable key deposit- $35.00

Outreach Office
